Card Trick
A card trick is the illusion of magic using a deck of cards. Performing a card trick is well-known to the magician community, especially of those who perform close-up magic, parlor magic, or street magic. Using illusions, a magician’s card trick is considered to be built upon about a hundred basic principles and techniques to successfully execute the performance. The origination of the card trick is unknown however is speculated that it probably developed spontaneously and synchronously through various parts of the world. Illusionists of a card trick sometimes use “fanning powder” to lubricate the surface of cards in order to allow individual cards to flow smoothly.
